Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the weight of your order. Free standard delivery is available on orders over £50.

Damaged or Lost Items

If your order arrives damaged or lost, please contact us immediately at CustomerCare@AsianSkin.co.uk with photographic evidence. We will investigate with the shipping carrier and send you a replacement or issue a full refund.
